Fees and deadlines

Welcome to
SUMMED-PV 2025

SUMMED-PV is open to Masters’ students, PhD students, post-docs fellows, and also to researchers, including those ones operating in the field of raw materials in photovoltaic industries, and professionals in the PV field more in general.

Here you find important information regarding fees and deadlines for our upcoming summer school edition, which will take place at the University of Salerno (Italy) from 8 to 12 September 2025.

Fees

  • Fees: Early Bird Registration (Before 15th of April 2025): €150 + VAT
  • Regular Registration (After 15th of April and before 31st May 2025): €220 + VAT

Note #1: the same fee is applied to students, researchers (including researchers working in industries) and professionals.

Note #2: accommodation in the students’ residences available in the Fisciano University of Salerno Campus will be available upon request. Apartments with two single-occupancy bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen will be available. The accommodation cost will be included in the registration fee, if requested. The fee includes the accommodation for 5 nights (Sunday to Friday morning).

Deadlines

Early Bird Registration Deadline: 15th of April 2025
– Register before this date to avail of the discounted early bird rate.

Application Deadline:  31st of May 2025
– All applications must be submitted by this date to be considered for admission.
